How long does the power last?

Our 2kWh base units can power a refrigerator and WiFi for about 15 hours. Running the microwave, coffee maker, and charging electronic devices normally brings it to an 8 hour average run time.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. If you upgrade we credit the daily pro-rated amount. We also offer the ability to customize your plan in the customer portal once you're subscribed

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active through the end of your current 12 month term.

Can I use the power station outside?

Yes, but the power stations are not waterproof. Please make sure the area is covered or it is not raining.

Can I plug it into my transfer switch?

Yes. Most of our units have a higher amperage outlet that can be connected to transfer switches with an adapter. Just let us know the plug type of your transfer switch and we'll provide the adapter.

Can I use in a condo or apartment?

Yes! Our units are clean, quiet and for use indoors. It is actually one of the only solutions for multi-unit buildings. If you are the building owner or property manager - please inquire about full building coverage here.
